The main reason, as I can see it, is that this is not a private clan, but a clan to be used by the community for future events, as the bold piece below says.
There have always been allowances made for community building forum events. They do get to stay in general a while. It will be moved to Clan Talk eventually. These events are great for forum members to get to know each other in a different way...which provides a better community feeling here on the forums. It's nice to get as many people involved with that as possible. Feel free to come and see.

Forum noobs...That's another win...In the last 29 wars these noobs managed to win 24 of those scraps....Closing on level 5....FairPlay scraps and about as much fun as you can have with two hands and a tablet. There are 5 spaces before we pick another victim. Be friendly, fair play and willing to enjoy a war, win,lose or draw and you won't regret it. Mention forum on request and if you can dance that's a bonus...See you soon..
