If you ever find yourself with one troop left, or an instance where you have deployed all your troops but will know the outcome of the battle, exit out of the app and double press the Home button on your iPhone. Close the app (Using the X that appears after holding down the Clash of Clans Icon) and reopen. The battle will have simulated on its own, where you do not need to watch the rest of your attack. Precious battery saver.

Max everything out before upgrading your TH. might be a good idea so peeps can fear you more and you can trophy push faster once ur maxed out.

When attacking and not sure if resources are in collectors or storages, check for DE drills, its easier to see how full they are compared to looking at their elixir pumps or dropping a troop on a collector just to find out everything is in storages.

How to hide elixir!!
Before you logg off from the game, have your army camps full. Then, full your barracks of wall breakers, and you'll save a lot of elixir if a guy destroy your base, because we can not steal elixir from queud troops in barracks!!!
