I have 5 accounts, and I am only working on 3 of them. I don't like to switch my account in game center over and over again. I think Supercell should make another app to load you second accounts. I don't mind paying $5 or $10 for it.

Unfortunately this will not happen. Supercell already doesn't support multiple accounts on one device.
Multiple accounts is against the TOS.. however its never been enforced it just discouraged.

There are other programs that will allow to do this - not supported of course. 2accounts is one as is parallel space.
Note I have not used either of them, but is search the forums for these you will find some post about it.

SC could offer the ability to switch more easily between accounts. It would make the multiple acct holders happier, and likely create more accts, which would create more gem opportunities.
Tell supercell to add a unban option with gems.
You should ask Apple. In coc on Android it's much easier.
