i just check your clan and the leader is SPETEY right? is he still active? i thnk not since the collectors are full...

Nope, she's not really active, but still talks on groupme a bit. I don't have a problem with her being leader as it doesn't create a power struggle.

Give them some challenges, like trophy push for the month duration and if you have money reward him/her with play store or itunes gift card, amount is up to you. Do a clan pool with funds and battle for top donator of the month. Sometimes i challenge my clan mates to raid with awkward army combo.

Seriously? U've joined earlier than i have but dont know who Holps is? He's a huge legend on the forums. He and a few other guys started up a clan recently called Forum Events(Lvl2,close to3) made up of mainly forumers....Check it out.

I had a similiar problem. I inherited a clan. Clan was going down hill for sometime. Suddenly the leader and his brother up and left. I log in one day and I'm the leader of a lvl 8 failing clan.... Tried all kinds of recruitment. Didn't work. Finally I got desperate enough to recruit friends and family in. Atleast I knew theyd not hop or miss war attacks. Then we started winning again. Lowered troph requirement, allowed almost anyone in. Instant kicked anyone who requested b4 donating. We are currently at 33 members and can pull off 5-6 war win streaks. So to sum it up, you need atleast 10 members you can count on, and win at wars. Then just keep people who are positive and generous no matter their TH or skill level, kick all leechers and negative people.

Yeah that's what I've done! Recruited from global and got us up to about 21 now.

Don't be afraid to kick 90% of those globalites every war. There's a lot of chaff for every grain of wheat that comes from global.
