A few bare minimum requirements:
TH8 - LvL 3 drags and know how to zapquake - lvl 4 hogs a plus
TH9- 10/10Heroes lvl 5 Hogs and LvL 3+ Valks (should be working on leveling valks)
TH10- LvL 20+King/LvL 25+ Queen with lvl 5 Hogs and LvL 4+ Valks- Should be working on upgrading bowlers and learning bowler strats
