Adults Seeking for Merge Opportunity

I've never really offered this because I've heard such mixed reviews about it. However, as of late, my clan and I (made up of adults with jobs & real life priorities) have ran into some issues with getting enough for war, etc.

We currently have about 5-7 people who actively war every other day. Out of a total of 27 people. We're all TH9's (soon to be 10's) and 3 star specialists with 800-1000 war stars. But that's the issue, no one opts into war with us.

It's odd because I don't yell at anyone for doing horribly as long as they try, we're not "elitists," here. It's just that everyone's busy with life.

To stay on point, we're a Level 9 clan with 249 wins. I'd hate to leave such a legacy behind but at the same time I'm all ears for any ideas. It's easy to say "Oh yeah, leave your clan and come here." because I know as a Leader myself, you don't want to do it.. But I'm looking for another clan with adults that would like to give this a shot.

I understand your situation, in this clan we never had such issues (we war with 25-30 most of the time while at 41ish members), but we're lacking people who have the focus to grow with us. We have a very solid, active core group who know how to 3* (th9s - 10s) and are looking for the few who want to help us get to where we want to be. 3* all across the board and help eachother when it's needed. Valar Morghulis is the feeder clan to ByeForever. This is no normal feeder clan and are just coming off of a 30 war winning streak. We are currently looking for TH8.5 to TH11. We are a highly organized Level 9 fair play war clan. We also participate in arranged wars. Members here are fine tuning high level attack strategies. New members can expect to post a replay using a 3 star strategy to demonstrate their skills before they can war with us. Spartan Lore is the sister clan to ByeForever and Valar Morghulis. We are seeking th8s to TH11s. We are a level 8 war clan that offers a more relaxed environment. However, we are still serious about war and 3 star focused. Sorry, no Go Wipes allowed here. We don't kick players for struggling in war, instead we help you improve, so you'll kick butt in the next war. Members can move up to Valar Morghulis by proving themselves in war.

Hi I'm from ". Flex ." - This is my elite war team, we are 198 wins - 28 loss. We are all adults and we are very open to a merge. We are part of a couple fair play networks and are in the middle of getting into more arranged wars.

We pride ourselves on no premature bases, we try to max out before going to the next TH.

We are sitting currently at about 20-25man wars but want to grow further. We have experience in merging teams as we have absorbed another small group of about 6 guys about 6 months ago and they fit in like a glove, all equally strong as us.
