No rushed bases
Preferably no GoWiPe attacks
Must be at least TH 7+
Preferably able to use LINE as a secondary method of communication
The first 2 TH 8+'s to join will be automatic Co-leaders, and for the next members to join (up until the clan reaches 10 members total) will become automatic elders as well.
