Grace Period For Cancelling buildings

The only reason why I'm doing this, is because people have cancelled my buildings to. Many. Times... Basically, what my idea is, that you have 1 hour after you begin to build that structure until you can't cancel it. So if you wish to cancel a building, do it within the hour. Or else you can't cancel it at all.

I've seen friends that are building their town hall 8 (Which is 2 million gold) only to have someone cancel it. So please, implement this feature, it would be able to get rid of these troll scum that cancel expensive builds that take forever to build!

What? "Troll scum" can't cancel your building upgrades. The only person who can cancel a building upgrade is the person who has complete and unfettered access to it: namely, you and anyone you allow to use your device freely.

I'm confused. Who are you giving access to your village? Nobody cancels anything I start because only I have access to my village.

I agree that you should be able to cancel buildings like before. BUT, war bases should be fixed based on how the buildings are at the time of search. This would prevent people from building inferno towers for war, but return the flexibility of allowing people to cancel a build.

I'm really confused. You say you want to be able to cancel within an hour and your reason for that is because someone comes in and cancels your upgrade. So - let me cancel before someone else does? What?

Here is my suggestion - I would consider letting someone cancel a purchase - but it should cost you the same amount to cancel as it cost you to purchase it in the first place, and no refund for cancel.

And - nothing purchased should be allowed on your war base until it is completely built. At which time, there is also nothing to cancel.

Why can't this problem just be fixed by reverting the changes Supercell has done and only letting buildings that have finished be implemented into war?
