UPDATE! We have been full for weeks but now have one opening. Looking for an active 80+ level player who dislikes the derby as much as we do!
Do the pressures from the derby make your farming less fun? Come farm with us! We have only a few requirements other than English speaking, play often and be opted out of AND DO NOT PLAY the derby. We have built a stable environment so if you are the rare neighbor who likes to "come and go", we won't be a good fit. We are a strong team who enjoys working our town (and hope you do too!) and helping each other with product, filling boats, land/town/barn/silo expansion items and even coins if you need to buy machines. In return, we expect you to be helpful also. We do not require that you engage in conversation continously but we do need you to speak frequently to illustrate you are at least reading chats so you can keep up with neighbor happenings. We are a very friendly group and we expect friendly banter to be mixed in with requests for help. For example, a "ty" for a boat fill is expected. Our simple guidelines have allowed us to build a fantastic neighborhood with little turnover. Come give us a try; we know you will enjoy our relaxed atmosphere and we'd love to have you.

I'm a lv48 farmer who'd absolutely love to join your nh! I recently returned to the game, after some time's abscence, just to see my nh almost completly deserted, just a couple ppl still playing and it was quiet all the time in the chat, extremely discouraging!!

One opening - 29 happy farmers to help you enjoy a fantastic neighborhood! We maintain an active nhood and are seeking an 80+ level player who dislikes the derby as much as we do!
We have only a few requirements other than English speaking, play fairly regularly and most important BE OPTED OUT OF AND DO NOT PLAY THE DERBY. We all agree that not participating in the derby has enhanced our enjoyment of the game and allows us to maintain impressive inventories which puts us in a better position to help each other. We feel that playing the derby brought about an undesirable level of competitiveness.
