The best war strategy: Hogs! But not just any deployment style

Don't worry Lunatic I already joined his clan and attacked the base he said it was hard to fishhog, on the first try I 3ed it and we tested it over and over and 3ed it everytime. I demonstrated to him the correct way to fishhog. All is settled, the misunderstanding was cleared.

Yep. This is right. Sorry I took so long to reply this. I had a very busy week.
Well, Yowser showed that this strategy really work and I found what I was doing wrong. I think I misunderstood an information from one of the videos and took it as a rule when Deploying troops. The strategy really works fine for all types of layout. It has its risks, of course and demand skill, as any other attack, but it is a great strategy. I believe that when there is no obvious easy attack, this is the strategy for you.
Thank’s Youser for showing what I was doing wrong. I would never learn until i fix that misconception.
Ps: I believe a detailed tutorial would avoid such misunderstandings like mine in the fucture and this strategy deserves it, anyway.

So far so good in multiplayer with my mini. Granted, the bases aren't war bases, and sometimes not even max th8, but seems to work quite well. Once I get the deployment down better (after some practice today and tomorrow), I think I'll try it in war.

Can I ask for your help to teach me to do fish hog properly? I have been trying it out after watching your videos but they all end dismally. Heh

It really depends on the base, but for most of the bases, fish hogs works wonders and is by far the most versatile. When you get to the very hardcore anti hog bases, however, you need to get creative. I like to do double quad quake gowipe with 2 pekkas and a couple of wiz circling the base, and the rest of the army going into the base.

This are old videos, so the army comp I used is different from now. I found the best comp to be 36 hogs, 1 wiz, 2 gobs and 14 archers, cc hogs, 3 heals and poison. I use a few archers and max poison to kill any cc. Then the deployment style is basically the same
