    🔥BAN Nuisance and Rude Farmers🔥

How do we ban someone from joining our neighbourhood? Where do I report this person?

I am a leader of a nbh and am sad to say that one of my co leader has gone against me and kept inviting her fren to our nbh, every other day to challenge me and calling me names. I trust my leaders as most of us were in the same nbh for the past 2 yrs. What can I do?

As leader, you can go in and edit your members and your hood. Remove this friend as co-leader and put her back to member, so she can't keep inviting rude people in? You could always kick them out too, and then set your hood to invite only, or request to join so they can't get back in. Then set about to find new co-leaders for your hood.

Im sorry this has happened to you. It certainly can make the game less enjoyable, but you have those steps to take to help fix your problem.

Thanks Athala. I have too many trusted leaders to begin with. I am just disappointed no one is doing anything for bad behaviour. This is a family game. I am being harrassed, my nbh is harrassed and I was called bad names and yet I cannot do anything? Why do I even have to waste time on someone who's not worth it? This kind of behaviour is so disruptive and certainly spoils the game. I am sure this is not the first time such incidents happen, surely someone can look into this and provide a better solution.

Screenshot the chat roll where she is calling you names and them submit the screenshot to Support. Have them look into it and see if they can do something about it.

You can contact Support through the game.

Tap on the cog wheel, tap on settings, then tap on help and support. Now tap on the magnifying glass. Type in 'contact'. A contact us form appears at the bottom of the page.
If you can't post and the forums are read-only, then the forums are now closed.

I would kick out the co-leader and change how people are allowed to join. You can also report each time they post inappropriately on the chat.
SC may want to reported right from chat first but by allowing this person (co-leader) in the hood you are allowing the actions. As a leader you have an obligation to lead approiately, that is if care to have a peaceful hood.

I don't think Support will police bad behavior in chat -- that's your job as the leader!

As the leader of this NH, YOU set the tone, you make the rules, you decide. It's your little world, and you can create the kind of environment that you want by exercising some leadership.

As the leader, you are in complete control of who can do what. Edit your co leader to return her to member and she can't invite anyone in. Reduce others too who are enabling her behavior and be clear: straighten up or you will be booted out.

Or YOU can leave -- if you stay in a toxic environment as the leader and do nothing to combat it, then that's on you.

I would demote everyone back to member, and see who behaves. To them go the promotions. To those that don't behave -- the boot.

Remember: it's a GAME, and YOU make the rules in your NH.

Let us know how it works out -- I think you will find when you clean house of the disrupters, everyone will be happier.

    Agree, Perky.

To OP: Keep your neighborhood pleasant for everyone and do not tolerate unacceptable behavior. Good luck!

Been there, had that problem too. We had a religious zealot who became increasingly irrational and upset a lot of the hood - to the point where other people were threatening to leave.
i tried discussing her behaviour, even got assurances things would change ..... they didn't! the only solution is to kick out these disruptive players and alter your hood settings so you decide who joins.
People often forget that the leader is allowed to enjoy the game too! Who needs the drama
