Many people, including me, have had some problems with clanmates that are pretty rude. Mutin them is a great idea so that those players don't provocate you to fight back and create drama in clan chat.

There's a much simpler way than muting them, it's calling kicking them!!!

Yeah you should talk to your leader/coleaders because disrespect should not be tolerated. Period.
Why? Meaning? I think, it's better simply to kick a player from the clan. It will be easier.
