From reading this mate I suggest you do a bit of research about how to make a clan before you bother trying again, clearly recruiting of off global is not a good idea, as is giving out CO to everyone, you've got to take responsibility for what happened as your ultimately responsible for giving promotions.

Rue73 thx but umm... Where ever I go I just see them telling to put on a nice description , Clan FLAG , and SOS on and on.
I tried every thing but failed. If I put it up of SC Forums Nobody wants to join. If I Recruit on global also nobody wants to help me!

You need to start at the bottom and work your way up mate, spend as much time on the forums as possible, post a recruitment thread and bump it once a day, try and do it in early evening your time, when most active.
Go onto the other section and trawel through all the threads of players wanting to join a clan, BUT be picky don't just reply to them all pick lower level ones, don't go for the 11s go for newbies or upto 7s.
DONT offer anything except a nice friendly atmosphere, team work, a place to grow etc, NO free elder or CO.
Its not easy starting a clan but get the basics right and the rest will follow, it just takes time, be patient.
What you need to be aiming for are players that are keen to play the game and grow with your clan, make a good impression and you will find things will work out.

He is giving great advice, and you should listen. It is clear you just want the fast way and that is no way to build a clan. It takes weeks of recruiting, replying and building reputation. If you have to recruit general, definitely do not give out ranks. If people want to leave because of that so let them. Use your recent experience as to why. GL trying to rebuild.

I have a level 2 clan. Have the problem of people leaving, even in the middle of war. Why don't you come to my clan and we can rebuild together. I have myself and 1 other person in my clan. I would make you co leader and we could try to get this right.

Couldn't agree more. Take a back seat for a bit, try again once you have a clearer picture about what kind of clan you'd like to build and how to lead one better.
