Air attacks have become useless at TH9+

Air attacks have become useless and were useless at TH9+ even prior to the latest update. Even with ground xbows a queen can wipe out your whole army if you're unlucky and she doesn't get in the crosshairs of balloons or lava minions. If the xbows are both air/ground there's no chance you'll get a 2 star on a base as they've been powered up to a point where it's just funny.

Additionally, with the reduced time limit, you have no time to attack with a walking queen to wipe out an air defense or 2 so basically no mixed air/ground attacks.

I haven't seen anyone attacking with air troops since the last update not in my clan or opponent's and we're in a war daily.

So I'm asking you, please either nerf some air defenses or power up the air troops otherwise there's no point having them in the game at all after so many nerfs the last year.

Of course the enemy queen will shoot down your loons. This is why you take her out. Especially low th9s on a fresh hit can easily be 3 stared with GoLaLoon zapquaking one ad while hogs may still get blown up.

About getting 2 stars against th9s: Yes it is easier to get that with GoWiPe or GoWiVa, but who cares about 2 stars at th9. TH9s need to get 3 stared and if we fail a few times and give up, we send a th8 to do the job.

I still think the manual bursting of all remaining lava hounds is a good idea. This will be a weak advantage to air attacks

I don't have a problem using air troops to att, even with 4 AD, as I can normally take out 2 ADs with 4 x lightening & 2 x earthquake spells, sometimes, depending on other weapons location, it can take out a tower, wiz, mortor or canon as well, which helps 😊

Defenitley, maybe like something like parachute archers? They fall to the ground when the parachute is shot down and then can be targeted by ground troops. I guess I should probably make a thread about this, but not a great idea or anything anyways.

Air attacks used to be so great. But now they barley get 30% Please make another air troop!
