I'm Phantom Skull. We are a newly formed clan, called 'Shadows Arising' (that name has such an epic feel to it !). We're a clan that sits back and drinks coffee while playing coc. We love to war, if we win we sit back down and eat popsicles cooling our selves down after that heavy and heated war. However, if we lose we rise back up shove off that dust and go back to war like Spartans !!
Our clan doesn't have much history but we hope to make one with you guys or girls. Me and dark hawk belonged to an once epic clan, but it eventually became a clan with a lot of inactive players. We wanted to leave that clan and embark on a journey by forming our own clan and hence we did!
For now we're gonna start off small but want to reach the top 200 clans eventually !!
We are welcoming any th5+ players but would love it if we get some th9+ players, cause I'm a th8 and dark hawk is th9 and we have another player with a rushed th11 base (but no worries his troops are quite fine ... Well not maxed sadly).

3. Don't beg for CO or elder ... Prove u are worthy of being one
4. Chill and war at ur level best
