Improve match timing

I made up a few ideas on how to improve the raid timing:
1. Start from 2m30s and when you get a star you'll receive 25s more secs of a total of 50s

2. Start from 3m30s

3. Start from 2m and it should go by percentage:
25%: +20 secs
50%: +20 secs
75%: +20 secs
90%: +20 secs

4. Timing based on your TH level:
TH1-6: 2m30s
TH7-8: 3m
TH9-11: 3m30s

Timing should be increased by anyway, i just got a 99% beacause a builder hut was on the other side..
http://prntscr.com/apos3w That's so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ frustraiting, all my clanmates agrees to add more time on raids, we're a war clan with 19 War Win strak and we will soon loose beacause we got matched with maxed TH9 when we are TH 8.5 but that's another story.
