HELP!!! My Clash of Clan Account has been ♥♥♥♥ed and I want to Retrieved it.

Dear Supercell,

As I subjected my problem, my account has bee ♥♥♥♥ed by some who stole my iphone. I've been trying to retrieve it since My account is connected to a android device. The ♥♥♥♥ed account was connected to IOS device and we've been trying to block the lost device to that apple ID. Would you please help us to retrieve the account since we've work hard to play that account? I hope this concern will reach to the admin so that you could help us. We are still connected to the account but someone has been loading it. We will appreciate the immediate action for this matter. Thank You! More Power.

Go to apple center near your area, block your phone so he has no access to it. Since you already linked it to your android device you have no worries once you block your iphone.

Hey Kaizer! Thanks for answering this. I already block the device and remove the device from that apple id i am using. The problem is, the one who took phone is still can open the acct. Do you think do I have to change the pass word of the apple id I am using? thanks..

They will need to go through the ownership verification process to be sure that you are the correct owner of the account. Part of that process will be blocking the account from all devices. You will need to ensure that your GC is secure so that the thief cannot get back in once the account is unlocked again.
