Try the BAG Wb strategy (Barbs, Archers and Gobs with wb)
low cost and fast training... Put out the barbs to soak damage, the archers behind them, strategic points for wbs then gobs with a rage

Thanks for your farming strategy advice mate. I really appreciate it. The only problem is though that I am unable to find good loots (e.g. inactive villages with the collectors full of gold/elixir). They have suddenly dried out after the last update

Any advice/hints on that issue?

Yeah I tried the sub 200 farming strategy didn't really work to well, didn't find many bases with any loot worthwhile, this was about a week or two ago, th level 6, is there some trick to this or was I perhaps not patient enough or something?

People saying they have tried the sub200 style of farming and it didnt work...that's because you didnt really try it, you just thought you did.

There are a stack of guides and videos on it, do your research first so you actually have an idea what you are doing.

Saying "oh i went sub200 and didn't find hardly any 150k gold bases", you are showing that you have no idea how sub200 works.

I think the lab (super logic) and I might test out what the best times are for raiding. People say night, but not everybody is commited to losing sleep. I know I'm not.

BTW, yes you do have to do the math. How much profit am I going to make out of this raid? Keep track of how much gold you start with looking for a raid, and when you find a decent raid. You'll be surprised of how muh gold you spend.

I find best in the morning or at night. Sometimes I get lucky during the middle of the day.

I think they do when more people becomes active to check out the new update... eventually it settles down again, after a couple of days... so just keep trying.

no but in a couple of hours i farmed 3 mil of each resource except for DE cos that would be insane man,
tips:
- trophie range: 1100 - 1200 dem have the good resources you want like around 100k - 300k per battle man
- train quick cheap troops - lots of barbs, and a couple of giants, 1 or 2 wall breakers
- have lvl 4+ troops dem have the good damage for a not so good army :P
- save as much elixir as possible while training army, thats why use tip number 2.
- have fun with it because your gonna have ta spend alot of time on the game
i understand you want more than 3 mill so good luck with it, and i hope this helped you out.

If wizards took 2 minutes but cost 20k I'd get them a lot more
