Thanks for sharing your strategy with us, but this is not working mate. A clan mate tried your strategy yesterday, but did only get vey very very occasional £150K loots. Have you tried your strategy after the latest update (29/07/2013)?

After the last update the loots I am getting have drastically reduced. I do not come across any inactive villages (that their collectors loaded with lots of gold and elixir) as often as I used to get. Perhaps those villages have been removed from the game?

@Midcall Are you still getting the same amount of loots after the last update?

Has anyone got any good strategy and/or trophy range advice for farming (for TH9 base)?

Loots are always bad right after any update, this shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone.

Try the BAG Wb strategy (Barbs, Archers and Gobs with wb)
low cost and fast training... Put out the barbs to soak damage, the archers behind them, strategic points for wbs then gobs with a rage

Use BAM as an effective raiding strategy. You will see the benefits.

It's the only thing I ever used. Never bother to used healer giants, from the people who raid me with it I see, it's bad.

Fire296's guide isn't very useful...
Go 1300-1500 trophies and use BAM or go sub 200 with all goblins or maybe a few wb just in case.

For a BAM guide look at RuthlessBarbarian13's videos (his channel has the same name), he also goes on the forums a lot.
For sub 200 there's plenty of guides.
Also you will need a lot of time on your hands, and you won't be making a million gold per hour for 8 hours straight. There are certain times that are the absolute best for raiding, which you must ask or find yourself. I find the loot is best when I wake up, so if I really had to farm a ton of gold and I have a spare day I wake up early and sleep early. Also you probably won't be able to watch a screen for 8 hours straight without your eyes getting tired or having a headache, so inbetween raids (NOT IN SUB 200) give your eyes a rest. And for sub 200 have a break after 4 hours, and do stuff like eating etc.
