Well inasmuch as SC can't seem to ever give a proper war matchup anymore I think we should have a war abort button. Heck make it cost Gems so it's not abused and only available during the prep day. I am so sick of losing a win streak and spending 300k de and 1million elx on troops for my clan, just to play in a war we will never win in the first place. Just let me out of these oh so terrible matchups!

they will be awarded with loots as if they attacked twice? seems easily abused.
I dont think it would work. Everyone would then opt out until they hit a matchup they like (and then the opponent will likely opt out).

But should there be a penalty for war abortions in order to protect the sanctity of war? And should every clan be able to abort at any time, no matter the reason or how far along the war is? Will there be special exceptions for unwanted wars? What about a war started against your will? We've all had brain-damaged wars, is it okay to abort those?
I don't know the answers to these questions but I do know I don't want supercell telling me what I can and can't do with my own wars.
I hyper-optimized my War Base and all I got was this lousy docate!
