    War cc donates should count

I don't really understand why you don't get xp or numbers added to your "donated" for giving troops to war clan castles. It's still donating, and it costs a lot of elixir, without anything to personally show for it. I am right?

You would find your war castle filled with giants as people want the achievement.
Nothing good happens after midnight or when you offer free co.

There is no cooldown time for war cc donations - and no limit once the other player is able to remove the donated troops - it would be abused to grind experience easily.

Well, this could be Good and Bad
    Let me tell why
Good - It's very good for clans focused in wars

Bad - Some troll players could put gigante sin all the cc and then the troll is gonna dontate 300/500 "troops"

Introduce one of those fail safes, then allow CC donations to count towards total. Seems fairly simple

Both of those fail safes could disrupt normal game play, so I don't see them as being very effective.

Dont understand this either, this is probably the hundred time I have seen this post. The xp should count towards clan donations. But I could see why they do not want it. Some member has low donations and instantly fills all the cc with goblins to increase the donation limit.

They could avoid this by letting us know who has donated what in each clan castle.

    SC's statement regarding this (supercell.helpshift.net) -

Troop donations made in Clan Wars will not count toward the Friend in Need achievement (or yield XP).

We'd like to make sure your clan mates donate Clan War troops for a single purpose: to win the War. We want Clashers to be motivated by the cause, and not for gems and achievements. We're not saying that every player would donate troops without consideration (most Clashers are loyal), but many would give away the cheapest troops available (like Goblins) simply to climb the achievement ladder.

Now that you can drop unwanted Clan War troops, this would be far too easy to exploit, especially given that, in Clan Wars, there is no cool down period between donations.

Again, most Clashers honor sportsmanlike behavior, but there are players who make the most of loopholes. We don't want fair players to feel like they're getting the raw end of the deal. We believe this to be a reasonable resolution.
