So you can request a clan to be in war. Like request there clan 15 v 15 and then they would have to accept it before you go in war. But you can only face them once every 3 months

sorry, dont really think they will give us this :b, but if u really want u can do many maths to balance the war weight of both clans and search in the sametime, with alot of luck u will get it xD
You could still simulate wars by making new clans for sandboxing purposes and farming loot. So, I don't think this will happen, sorry.
