Separate TH9 into 2 different Town Hall Levels

SEPARATE TH9 INTO 2 DIFFERENT TOWN HALL LEVELS


Currently town hall 9 takes about 6 months to max out defensive buildings (not including walls) and about 1 year to max out heroes to 30/30. At the moment I am a Mid-TH9 player who has intentionally slowed down on upgrading defenses so I can have a balanced offense/defense for clan wars.


This update suggestion is warranted because most TH9 players are unintentionally causing lots of war mismatches. And, after your base is maxed, you are left with 2 options: endure 6 boring months (with the same looking base) of non-stop upgrading only heroes & walls or rush to TH10 and cause more war mismatches. Both option are not positive!


HOW TO PROCEED
I am well aware of the technical difficulty that would occur in trying to separate TH9 into two town hall levels, seeing that many players have already spent lots of time and gems building up their bases/heroes/etc. So, I have come up with more simple solution to make this update possible WITHOUT refunding billions of gems to players around the world.


ONE OPTION
You could simply rename TH10&11 to TH11&12. All current TH9 players can be called TH10. Now you have a free space to make a smaller version of TH9 for all current TH8 players soon to be heading to TH9.


SUGGESTIONS FOR SMALLER TH9 TO MAX OUT WITH:
L15 heroes
L9 walls
L5 dark barracks
L2 xbows


ONE FUTURE SUGGESTION FOR "NEW TH10" (old TH9) is to add one inferno tower that only goes to L2.

Th 10 take more, and th11 will be much more, and dark troops still have 3 slots, max bases have alot of spaces left so its prob th12 will coming eventually..
its way too much then :/
