What about that SuperCell create an app that u can download it on ur smart phone an this app will be like it website.and u can download and see news from.As well as loging in ad comunicate in the forums.Then that i thing will mush faster then browsing i browsers

I'm like 90% sure that Supercell was not the creator of this forum. I'm pretty sure they purchased the forum design from another company. If this is true, it means that Supercell really doesn't have much say in whether or not an app can be created for the forums.
But if you really want, most phone web browsers let you create shortcuts, which work just like apps.
