If you want the clan to succeed I reccomend not giving out free co leader. It pretty much attracts all the wrong kind of players.

Agreed. in my clan a leader gave some new guy co, he was a good clan war fighter but he got ♥♥♥♥♥♥ one day and he ended opening the floodgates, booted all current members promoted everyone to co and made a mess of the clan until the leader 10 hrs later and had to clean up the mess, luckily all the members came back
