No, a few of us are really just generally happy people.But Rauta isnt paid to take guesses. Honestly, everything they say must be approved now that there is an angry mob at their door. The next statement will be official or vague... or both.... probably both.

I have been playing continuously for 2 weeks now. I didn’t enter into one single multiplayer attack yet.
Actually, beforehand, I read everything I could about the game in order to build a global strategy. So, my plan was:
1) Upgrade the Town Hall to level 8 as quick as possible, on my own resources.
Once it is done:
2) Enter the multiplayer match in order to upgrade both my defense and my offense. Keep the trophy score low.
Once I am fed up with farming:
3) Increase the trophy score to challenge the best players up there.
I have been quite frustrated not to attack because this is where the action happens. But I sacrifice this fun part at the beginning of the game to get more pleasure later!
Then, splash: the rules changed with that update and all my plans fall apart. I can’t go to phase 2 of my plan: I can not amass enough resources from looting to upgrade. Looting and farming is over. Fun is over.
In other words, I sacrificed 2 weeks of my life for nothing. The only good part: it could have been worse if I had spent money or more time.
PS: I did not get the opportunity to vote. I would have selected: "Feel Supercell have right royally screwed you over".
