I would LOVE to do that, except 95% of my matchups are people with Town Hall 6 and below, and I can only win 1 trophy. When you have a Town Hall level 8, it costs $580 gold to skip to the next matchup, which means it takes me about $20-40,000 just to find a somewhat favorable matchup, and in most cases I would need to get a three-star win just to recoup my losses.Originally Posted by Qwertyuiop

Totally get it - I would email apple support to get a refund on that real-money you were duped into spending.
If the don't want you to attack someone lower than you..why are nearly all my matches they give me at 580 coins a pop..just that????
I am totally happy with this update. It woke me up and I just got all my gems money refuned by iTune store.
Could not get my money back with out this updates. Thank you Supercell.
Have just done that and worked out I have spent over $150 in cash on this game that is now useless..I'll keep you posted how I go..
I feel so dissapointed. just upgraded my Town Hall to LVL 8, spent all night scraping collectors to raise an army, and spent my last 50k gold seeing targets with 1k elixir. Spent most of the evening just pressing the go to next target button until I ran out of resources.
Why doesnt the matching algorithm just show people at about your own level? Why do I have to wade through dozens of low level targets?
First time I've felt this game to be unplayable, and is a real downer. really hope the mass of opinion rectifies the situation soon, but I will personally, probably have moved on by then.
Such a shame to break such a great game.
Have also downgraded the current version to 1 star in the app shop.
Supercell just listen for ones to the players who plays this game for more than one day and change the update. I know you are only doing it for the money but if you don't change it the next game from you i will skipp and look for a developer who cares about his players.

I haven't been playing long enough to say that I've been completely screwed over or anything, but I'm enough of a gamer to see how many of you would feel upset considering the time and effort you have poured into a game that I am finding myself becoming somewhat addicted. The game mechanics have been (sorry to say) warped. Since I am still low level, I can adjust my strategy, but can't imagine having paid money to upgrade my TH, only to find that I am now stuck in what I have seen described as limbo (I would think referring to such a position as some rather low lvl of being in hell more appropriate). I agree with one post I read earlier which stated that such a drastic change should have been incorporated in the game before global release. At the very least, some notice and time should have been given to the community to make the necessary changes to their strategy to allow them to adjust. I don't want to come in on the game if it is on its downside, hence I checked that I was frustrated with the update.
