We have a 75 donation weekly minimum, although most of our members clear this by the hundreds every week and we prune the non-donators every Sunday.
Our mini-game: the person with the most donations every Sunday gets to pick the clan shield for the week. This is a fun way to involve all members who invest considerable time and resources playing CoC and contributing to the clan, and get rewarded with something tangible.
