Is this an April fool's joke? If so not funny. Went to bathroom. Came out to play on iPad and 20 diamonds disappeared! ♥♥♥! Can someone help please? Also this really sucks b/c for the last 3 months NO TICKETS! So every diamond counts

You had to have used them. Diamonds don't disappear. I've been playing hay day since it Came out. Never have my diamonds disappeared.

Could someone have possibly grabbed your iPad when you went to the bathroom and then opened your game and used the diamonds?
If you contact Support using the in-game settings, they can tell you where they see the diamonds having gone or been used.

Had that problem as well. Never got a response when I sent a help request
I contacted hayday that Diamonds suddenly were missing. They sent me 16 as a one time present. The next day those 16 diamonds disappeared again. By the way, never ever get free tickets. I contacted Hayday. They told me not everyone gets them. I believe this is not fair.
