Pre-update my #1 TH8 survived 25+ attacks in a row, but post-update it was 3starred twice in two consecutive wars. We won, but it still feels like we don't deserve the win, because all our top bases were 3starred.
I'd be grateful if you link TH8 base which holds against double-zapquake with lvl4 drags, because it seems like all our bases are very vulnerable to this strategy.
Before you say "add Th9", please be advised that post-update my #1 TH9 with TH8 defenses was matched against TH11 twice in 4 wars, so I'd like to have a base for this occasion too.

But any number of th9 strats will walk thru your th8. I don't see the point, sorry?

Even if you have the best clan, all maxed TH11 and you always do the max starring in just 5 minutes. You will one day be matched to a loser clan that needs 20 hours to get in the max stars on your clan.
“not possible to 3 star all TH11 bases” – that is loser talk, come back when you have a win streak of 200 (using max TH11).
Besides supercell can easily add new units that makes 3 starring TH11 much easier (you know they have plans to add more troops).
So, one way or other, there is no way to win all wars even if you have the best clan (and everyone thinks their clan is the best, until they lose).
I would even be happy with a random winner with 50/50 to determine a winner if it’s otherwise a tie.

Show me the actual bases and math of a mismatch and we can talk. If all you have is omg they had a th11, guess what there are plenty of crappy th11s and badly built clans.
You tied, stop crying that you don't get a trophy for a tie.
It's not a win, you don't deserve one.
I'm in for less attacks used (i literally just got a 27 on 27 star draw with 91.70% destruction). It's annoying. I guess I could see doing a whoever used the least attacks gets it strategy. But then you would have folks padding their clans with dirt bag Lvl 4 th which never hit. I honestly don't think there was much we could do on this one. And really what can you do? In my case I don't think we deserved the win because I had to run my first hit without cc troops or a spell (that was a game hanger. And I could have gotten an extra 1% had I had them, well probably along with a star too.
Our last win streak was 78, then we got one draw, and now we are back to 36.
Fair matchup is when you win lose 50/50. And that is a fact. Losers can keep their fair talk, which is what losers do, they get paid for it (with losing).
The winner have no opponent that they can be matched against fairly. That is why they win. If there is no clan that can win over you, then you cannot be matched fairly and you have never had a fair match.
My point is that supercell wants fair matchup- This means, supercell wants to eliminate high war streaks.
Realize who you are fighting against if you want to win all wars, and you have a small chance of winning all wars
If draw would be eliminated, you don’t need to play against the matchmaking, but you can simply win by being the best.
