Before I launch into full on rant mode I want to be clear that as I write, I fully intend this to be my final post on the Clash of Clans forums. ....

It is my sincere hope that you take some time, find a little space and return when the mood suits you. Your posts have been a bright spot in a place that struggles to worth visiting.

I have bookmarked your profile so your posts will be more accessible down the road. Hopefully, there will be more installments but even the old material is worth revisiting. Unfortunately sometimes events take their toll on people, I have noticed quite a few veterans/forum stars are less involved now, the only hope is some remain determined to post otherwise trolls prevail and forum closes which I can only guess that's what the flamers want. Difficult to decide if they actually did care about the game in the first place - they certainly don't now because they have got nothing constructive to say.

This place had gone from great, to bad, to just plain horrible, thanks to people that can't seem to post without attacking others, or intentionally starting fights.

Ganji, I would not label Holps as a flame-thrower. I found his wit humorous and most of his posts were pearls of wisdom. He seemed to have a way of calling folks out in a manner that allowed for more useful exchanges vice generating a toxic thread.

I'm not comparing the two things, I am using an example to demonstrate the fallacy of your argument. You (barnsley1010) have said that people do not have to take responsibility for the way that they behave as it is all SCs fault. That is the same logic a wife beater uses, that it is not their fault.

I guess there is a comparison there after all, because the underlying denial of any personal responsibility is the same.

Got it...thanks, Jag. I really don't want to derail this thread nor do I want to call specific forum members out. But for the record, if we are talking about nerfedname and / or smolson, I disagree they are flame throwers. I have found them to be a wealth of knowledge and for those seeking help they are extremely patient and generous with their time. All of us are human and when you get hit with perceived negativity the tendency can be to respond in kind.
