Instead of paying gems to fill your storages by 1/10, 1/2, and full, I think there should be a a box with the elixir (or gold) and there should be a button with a plus and a minus. It should go up (or down) by 1,000 each time and it should update the number of gems it will cost. I always get frustrated when I need like 10,000 of something and I don't have enough because it cost like 300 gems to fill my storages to 1/10th. This would be so helpful if you just need a little more loot to upgrade something or make troops.

Ummm....you can already do this.

Just press the upgrade button for the item, then press the green box that shows how much it cost to upgrade; if you do not have enough it will show you the gem cost to and ask if you want to buy the remaining amount needed.
