Level the playing field please supercell!

I am an honest gamer, I buy gems rarely and use them on my mines to increase production (more economical than buying the gold or elixir!).
However thousands are gemming like crazy and buying the new town hall, Artillery Defence, Healer and within days of them being launched defences were already at level 2 and Healers at level 7. They also have only level 3 mines!!!
They attacked me leaving me no chance to return as I would be wiped out before I got close to getting through their level 10/11 walls as well.
Please don't take this as a poor loser moan more of a "fair play moan".
If folk wish to spend I don't know how much on gems and upgrade rather than play the game and feel an accomplishment when they final get up to that Motar level 10 upgrade, then let them I have no issue with that.

But level the playing field and make the levels reflect your base, so level 11 TH only battle other L11 TH rather than dropping down to gold and silver levels making it impossible for anyone to fight back.
You can see who gems and who "plays", just needs to be fairer that's all.

I find it pretty fair.. Dropping trophies has nothing to do with gemming. In fact, I think if you drop trophies you're in need of loot in an easier league. It would be the same as telling a professional sports team to stop spending their money on the better talent bc the playing field needed to be level.
