MSI-Vikings, level 7 clan looking for mature clanmates

Introduction
We are the MSI-VIKINGS with 109 war wins and will be a level 7 clan after our current war! The clan is very efficient in 10 v 10 wars, but we want additional members for larger wars. The clan currently offers max wiz, max witches, max hogs, max balloons, lvl 4 golems, lvl 3 valks, lvl 4 peak as and dragons, lvl 2 lava hounds, lvl 3 poison spells, and quake spells for wars. We have 2 th9s that are active (almost 3) with a few th8s and 7s. Currently we fill remaining spots with lower th levels for match ups.


War Info
This is a laid back farming/war clan. We have 2-3 wars/week (depending how busy I am, sometimes we only have 2/week). We also don't use communication methods outside of the in-game clan chat. We provide help and guidance for war attacks. As long as you show an improvement in war attacks, you won't be kicked. If you need help for attacks, just ask and we will help.

donate 200 troops/cycle
War participation
100+ war Stars won
English speaking (for effective communication as we are US based, any nationality is welcome as long as you can use English effectively)

Promotions
To become an elder you must meet the above requirements, be active, have a positive attitude, and follow orders from the leader (me) or co-leaders listed above. If you cannot participate in wars (people have busy lives), opt out. If you stick around for a cycle and follow the aforementioned requirements, I will promote you to elder.

If you continue to be a clan member that contributes and also provides effective help for clan mate war attacks, you will be considered for a promotion to co-leader. However, keep in mind that we won't promote everybody to produce a clan of all co-leaders.
