old members grow if a th8 goes to th9 (recently)and was in clan frm many days he cant be maxed out..on other hand u dont match our requirements..no 1 is rushed we try to keep xbw 1 till heroes both 10 or 15 fr 20+ heroes xbw 2 and so on..u req to join bt u dont match our criteria so dont write whatever u like plz ty
