Loot percentage on elixer collectors and gold mines has decreased!!!! No one noticed?

after the march update few days ago, the loot we gain from gold mines and elixer collectors has decreased about 50% as compared to before the update. there is no official information about this. how do i make supercell hear my question? advice please
