Absolutely not! As it stands air attacks are getting harder and harder with every update. Higher wizard tower hp, increased inferno tower damage and faster attack rate, not to mention the air sweepers.
If anything, there needs to be a new level 7 balloon to deal with these changes, or even better yet a new air troop! 5 air troops to the 12 ground troops. Air is severally lacking!

This sounds like an OP air mine... I will agree that dragon attacks are too dog on TH7 & TH8, but this will also hurt every other air unit in the game.
