while all army camp is full, we cant train new troops to give someone unless making space on army camp on specially war time needing much, we need to remove troops to do that or to use our troops.

If there is 1 or 2 slots on army camp, we can put any stack troop onto there to make space for new trained troops to donate. After donating we can put it back from slot onto army camp again to use for our attack.
