The Tornado Spell should cost 3,000 Elixir and take up 1 space in the regular Spell Factory. It takes all the buildings and throws them around and the buildings land in random spots. Traps are disarmed by the spell. It would be a bit OP, but it is unlocked with the Rage Spell.
