Hey Guys its me Vishesh...The leader of Calm Thugs its a level 3 clan with 20 war wins and 5 lost..We are about to turn level 4 and are in need of a mature possibly Adult Clasher who should be fairly active and donate in the ratio 2:1 to stay.We are very serious about wars so we need great war attackers .
Player Requirements:-

HOW ELDER IS EARNED?
Elder is a really important position as it gives the right to kick anyone below him ..however with the new cool down system this has been reduced to some extent..
An Elder must be active and encouraging and must engage in clan activities and discussions,He/She should accept new members in the clan based on the criteria given by leaders,should promote positivity and remain loyal to the clan.
