I am the leader of a fresh war clan called EmeraldWarriors. We are only level two so far.
We have mostly been doing 10v10 wars, but we are looking into expanding war size as more members want to compete.
We would like to assist you on your journey through clash of clans. We teach and support three star strategies.
We use clashcaller.com to help organize wars.
Requirements:
Must have decent war experience and 200+ war stars.
Must be active and willing to give troops. Although our main priority is war, you will still be expected to help out your friend in need. Note: we do not put much importance on donation ratios. We think everyone should request whenever they could use some reinforcements.
Requirements specific to town hall level:
Th8: lvl5 BK, lvl3 dragons, lvl4 hogs
Th9: total hero levels 20, lvl6 balloons, lvl5 hogs, lvl3 golems, lvl2 hounds
Th10+: total of 50 in hero levels, lvl6 balloons, lvl5 hogs, lvl4 golems, lvl3 hounds
You will be expected to use both war attacks every war if you opt in. If (a) hero(es) is/are upgrading, you can opt out and you will not be included in war.

One should take every chance one gets to learn and improve, even from one's enemy, especially from ones enemy.
A strong clan only gets victories, although oftentimes they are in the form of a loss.
An EmeraldWarriors and any other warrior will both stumble, what sets them apart is their ability to rise back up.
