I'm a former leader of a farming clan who is now seeking to build a new clan from scratch that also includes the option of war for those who want it. I wish to recruit clanmates but I'm also seeking an experienced and mature co-leader with solid strategy and war expertise to work alongside me in growing the clan. Who Are We?
We are a newly formed clan with 7 accounts in place already (ranging from TH8 - TH5). We are aiming to create a hybrid clan where members are free to war or raid/farm as they wish and where the clan environment will be helpful and supportive. We will be an adult clan (16+) and will primarily be recruiting TH5 to TH9 accounts. The personality of recruits will be given more importance than how impressive their base is or how many war stars they've gained. Although wars will be approached with professionalism and planning, it will definitely not be a clan where members are put under ridiculous pressure. We will grow and learn together and nobody will be made to feel bad for making mistakes. We will never become a hardcore macho war clan - there are plenty of those out there already.
Recruiting - Clanmates
We are at the early stages of growth so we seek clanmates who are patient enough to grow with us. I know from experience that a clan takes time to develop and loyalty is required. We therefore seek English speaking adults from TH5 to TH9 who are active, chatty and are looking for a long-term home. Skill level and war experience are less important as support will be given as required.
Recruiting - Co-Leader/Strategist
We are seeking a mature and active TH8 or TH9 player who can fill the role of co-leader and strategist. This would be perfect for someone who has experience but seeks more responsibility and wants to play a more active role in shaping the growth of a new clan. Must be English speaking and comfortable with communicating regularly with leadership team and other clanmates. Clan leader is female so please don't apply if you have any issues with this.
