Also changed my review in appstore to 1 star to let newcomers know what they are getting themselves into!
Meh why not already bought $300 worth of gems bec i get a lot of reso and need to upgrade my stuff fast but bec of this might as well play this game for free again

Furthermore, we should write a letter to Apple asking for a refund on all previous in-app purchases for this game.
The update vastly changed the landscape and mechanics of gameplay. If I spent $20 for gems and gold to upgrade my town hall, previously there was no downside to doing so. The update changed all this.
The game is unplayable now. I can't reasonably attack anyone for a gain, and nobody has attacked my for the past 5 hours.
The game changed from a strategy war game to a farmville - collect your resources and wait a year to further upgrade your defenses game, but for what? Nobody is attacking me anyway... and I can't collect enough resources to bait attackers into targeting me.
The update is borderline fraudulent. It totally changed how the game is played, if it is playable at all for mid-level players.
