Also, if you want to have heroes or defenses available while upgrading just make a thread for that. You don't need a 'special builder'

No, make heroes and defence building all available become unfair for the people already working hard and spending money before. Special builder unlocking after the 5th builder, its a solution for people hoping for heroes available when upgrading.
