Most Effective TH8 Attack Strategy

I have just recently become a TH8 and I'm finding it difficult to decide which farming attack strategy to use, any ideas?

I've been using Giant+Healer since I got to TH8, now TH9 and still using it.

10-15 wb the rest barbs, I get almost all the loot and at leat one star

I'm using a healer, 8-10 wb, 10 giants, 28 barbs, 28 gobs, 1 minion, the rest archers (50-60 I think).

I often only use 6-8 wb based on the design of the base I end up attacking.

I also often can 100% the base without deploying any goblins. (if it's a relatively low level base and crappy walls/mortars)

The 1 minion has been a life saver when a resource or group of collectors is left untouched, with no air defense to stop my single minion for the last minute and a half.

I use this army anywhere from 1100-1500 trophies with high success rate (50-100%, avg probably 90%)

You will get the resources and win about 95% of the time with this.

make sure you have them all upgrade from your lab though.

I've been raiding with 60 barbs, 60 archers, 60 gobs, and 10 wall breakers for ages. I mess around with other armies, but this one feels comfortable to me. My best raid was for 927k loot, but that was ridiculously rare... mostly I get between 150-250k. Good luck!

Ive been using a "standard" farming army (i saw it in one of junlin's vids) of 8 giants and 8 wbs 60 archers and 30/30 barbs and gobs.... Sometimes it changes a bit sometimes i add minions, but thats it basically. If Im "Lazy Farming" i skipmthe barbs and add more gobs...

Been getting all the reso i need at TH8 with that army..
(occasionally ill use the giant/ healer army to build up the trophy count...)

I use almost exactly the same army. But I use 10 minions instead and its very effective!
