Hello everyone, thank you for taking time out of your day to check this thread out.
I am a seasoned Co-Leader in multiple clans and am wanting to start a new clan that is geared more towards unity and growing, rather than trash talking and bashing others.
Requirements
Adult only, preferably over the age of 22, but will consider those who are 18 or older?
Activity Level
Do you raid/play enough to steadily progress your village? This seems like an obvious question, but players who maintain stagnant without motivation to progress and improve often leave the game outright.
Do you watch replays? This is especially true for war replays. Failed raids are acceptable, but failed raids due to not watching replays and learning from mistakes made by other players (or yourself) is not acceptable. This is a question you need to take seriously because we will know quickly if you are failing raids due to not watching and learning.
Do you read clan chat? This is an especially important question - clan wars require high level of activity/communication on battle days. You should be able to communicate what village you intend to attack on battle day and approximately when. As a new recruit, you need to show us you can be active on battle days. If we receive even the slightest indication that you cannot be active on battle days, you will be removed from the clan.
Can you manage your time appropriately in order to contribute to clan wars sufficiently? While this seems like an obvious question, you will be joining a clan full of players who take clan participation seriously. If you fail to do the same, you will not be a good fit. Similar to the previous question, you need to be active enough to know war circumstances and attack in a timely fashion. Any indication that you cannot meet this requirement will result in removal from the clan.
Clan Wars
Do you understand clan war dynamics? For example, if you were our clan’s top village, what do you think your responsibility would be in a clan war? If you were at the bottom? Middle? Do you understand that your raids affect how a war plays out?
What is your main attack strategy for clan wars? Do you typically cherry-pick bases that you can exploit? Can you form a strategy that works against remaining bases late in a war?
What is your experience with "3-star specialists" or "2-stars never win wars" mentality?
General
Are you open to suggestions about strategies and execution?
Do you frequently challenge yourself by experimenting with new army compositions or by attacking villages outside of your comfort zone?
Your answers to the above questions may earn you initial acceptance into our clan. However, we will require you to post replays of recent attacks against equal-level villages to evaluate whether or not to include you in our next war. If you intend to join us in the next war, please plan to provide these replays promptly upon joining. If not, you will not be allowed in war until you are ready (we typically kick new recruits who attempt to join a war clan, but aren't ready to go to war for some reason). If it was not obvious already, we take recruiting seriously. If you are not truly interested, please do not waste your time or ours.
Our goals here are going to be recruiting and growing to a full clan that wars continuously and leads to the over all goodness of the clan.
This is to be a fun/relaxing FWA war clan.
