I like some of the balancing steps..I don't often complain.. but here are some words of grief.

Its nice to see Valks getting love for speed of attack, (but disappointing they are reducing HP)

The Bad stuff.
The Warden de-buff is disappointing, but it is needed.. sigh.. my rushed acct
and also the Witch de-buff (again) I get it too, but I put them in the lab and they have a week to go, and now I don't think Ill even get the chance to enjoy them before they finish cooking..
I feel like there is a lot of bait and switch going on here.. introduce something (People Gem it, or upgrade it right away. then use it..) then in the next update it gets nerfed!
It would be nice if they tested units out more thoroughly to avoid some of this.. Hogs, Witches, Healers, now Warden
I guess wish SC dev team would either fess up to not properly beta testing units strengths and weaknesses thoroughly enough, or use an actual account (not a dev acct with unlimited troops spells gems) to test some of the new units and buffs/de-buffs. seems like a dev acct don't do the job well enough.. otherwise IMO all of this re-tweaking (bait and switch) would be less necessary..

I can't help but wonder if this isn't a backwards attempt to address fluffy. Make it harder to triple for them at higher TH levels, thus seemingly putting them on even par with legitimate players. You have reduction in time, change to warden attack zone, poison tweak, nerf to skels, boost to xbows, and no doubt in my mind a nerf to healer/AQ coming.
I just get the feeling SC figured lets make the chances of pulling a triple up top near impossible. That's how we will deal with them.

TH10 was imbalanced to begin with. Now the Infernos, XBows, and WTs are upgraded and traps are safe from skellies. TH10 is worthless and forgotten.

Royale Level 12, around 4900 cups.
Royale F2P Level 11, around 4400 cups.
I also considered this to be a major buff. At TH9 I believe they will be used much more often, especially now that the extra 30 seconds is being removed (which is a great change). GoVaHo attacks, when used properly, often cleared a base relatively quickly and it may become the most effective way to 3 star within the 3 minute time frame. Other attacks such as GoLaLoon, or any queen walk attack, can often take a lot of time and I would imagine they will be used less often.
Overall - really like the changes.
thanks for telling us what you guys are releasing! seems like this one will be a good balance that is needed, only thing ive noticed that kind of bothers me is th10 for three stars almost always needs the 3:30.![]()

Buffing Multi Infernos is dumb as hell since you almost always want them set to Multi anyway. Especially at TH11, where the Eagle takes care of Golems. This is only making single mode more worthless.
The skeleton changes are awful. Witches are fun to use. They're gonna be crippled now. This feels like extreme overkill.
Going back to 3 minute battles seems great for TH9 and below. Bad for higher level play.
The buffs to XBows and WTs will hurt TH9 somewhat. Hogs and Loons will have a harder time clearing the defenses.
The poison change is a good one. Luring the CC and staring at the troops while they die is lame. Now you will pull the CC towards your army and drop the poison as they battle it out.
Lowered spell cook times are always appreciated. Finding more TH9s to steamroll, too.
Mostly looks like another bad update. Developed 11s will be way too hard to crack unless the troop upgrades are significant.

All the Defence Buffs, point towards a new troop and/or new levels of Offence at TH10, which are likely to be advised in the Sneak Peeks I would guess.
