Self titled, thought I'd bring the discussion i started in General sub to the idea area.
As a leader, wouldn't it be a help to give members, and elders, something to push for in your clan other than Co?
Co. is to much, and elder is to little. In my clan the co's and I are quite advanced in our standings and don't nearly have the need to be active as much which causes "new" members to think were inactive. Which we are not, i make sure if this. But they believe otherwise. I never rode the coat tail of a greater clan only to selfishly build my own account to ditch them later to start a clan of my own. I started Clan Capture Heart when i repaired the cc. Before "co" existed. And elder was all you had to give as a promotion environment.
I really believe that, like here on the coc forum that carries many titles / mantles, that clash could use one more mantle to create alot of in game buzz and aditonally give us leaders something more to offer the newer generation.. other than our maxed out troops and denying them Co.
The only thing i really want High elder to be able to do is start their own wars, and premote / boot elders. But leave the clan settings like the badge, to the Leaders.
Furthermore, elder and high elder would distinguish authority easily because lets face it. A maxed out clan at 45/50 members doesn't happen ina year, or two years, or three years. With out spending a few thousand $ on the game and having the troops to build relationships with people rather than the true grit involved in finding a few good men / women. Who actually still clash two years later... This could be a reason.
Can we get a High Elder position please?
Is this a discussion or an idea request? Lol, sometimes i just want a moderator or Staff member to ask these questions to.
