you know what after reading the great comments made on this thread I think i was a bit hasty - it's not been too bad this morning, perhaps it is a combination of the factors mentioned. But I do think there are - for whatever reason - a lot more noob (no insult intended) bases showing up than before.

Many complaints I see very little gets done, I hope it's purely the weekend and he return of inactive players as at the moment no reason to even waste the gold for searches. It's also bad to see that no devs give a comment they will surely be aware of the issue and they will know if there is an increased amount of players.
Btw for those who posted comments about loot having increased to 200k a big ♥♥♥♥, loot has increased by a very small 11% on the previous cap. Work out how much the new stuff has increased and then say why you think it's fair. Of course it's only an opinion I'm not saying I'm right....
TH8 and 1600 range, loot is not as dry as some th9ers say but it's a lot worse than before. 100k+ loots are heavily guarded, and there aren't many loots can justify cost of the troop for the raid.Originally Posted by Bertikur

I think supercell went over a certain tipping point with this update.
I already spend a lot of real money in this game but the cost is getting RIDICULOUS!
Gamers are not idiot and when they see that the cost of certain in-game material greatly exceeds the value of their effort to obtain it, they can decide not to have it, and maybe decide to quit the game.
I think many players in here see the game as a mountain that can be conquered at certain point with REASONABLE input.
But the company just raised the bar up to where no one can reach.
8+hours day, for 250+ day just for the set of a wall?? And only if you are not raided even once with 6mil a day loot?
These guys are out of mind with greediness.
Yeah I bought the Baba king but it's not good for the money, and I believe many feel the same here.
This is not a PC game, where items can be traded for real money. I liked the new ideas but ironically people who created are trying to ruin the franchise.
I'd suggest that the company should find a way to give more resources to the th 8,9 level players.
Rasing yield rate with mines should be done quickly, but doing it alone would not be enough.
I think there should be a bonus multiplier with loots based on the percentage of raid completeness.
I see many on this thread speak on the company's behalf, and please don't. It will ruin this great game further.
186 fuarking skips before I found a decent 14k/110k loot @ 1500 trophy range. Are you kidding me with that?
