Rewards are ridiculous in this game

It would be nice if event rewards were set up like derby rewards: we would have our pick of one reward out of three for each goal attained. That way we could choose the one we need the most instead of being assigned a random prize.

it's not easy doing so many truck deliveries, even if you would assume it as a bonus aside from earning those XPs.

if they wanna call it an event, please at least make it interesting for people to actually want to participate and look forward to these kind of events. getting 5mining tools =_=, people could get that within minutes of wheating, or hunting from DDs.

events are boring with lousy rewards, it's not interesting and it doesnt make people look forward to it. just like most replies, it seemed like "norm" already.

My gripe with rewards isn't events as they tend to tie into normal game play. However, I very much disagree with anything available via normal game play (farming, tending animals, WoF etc etc) being a prize for placing in the Derby. 5 weeks on the run I've had screws, panels and mallets. My farm is fully expanded, I get screws and panels every single day in abundance. The reason for this is that I often spend diamonds to do the extra task, hiring Tom, and to call boats for boat task. So I've now opted out. No more Derby for me, no more need to buy diamonds. Rather go without the odd possibility than use real money to gain rubbish. Supercell I'm not impressed at all.

Yes. I think this explains my grumpiness better than I did. I think it's the whole 'event' thing. It's BORING, the events are the same boat, truck, boat, truck, town, boat, with the occasional fishing event & the occasional Visitor Event...yawn, it's just like another Derby task. BORING. Boring AND unrewarding.

Please SC change the Events and the rewards!!
